Moraga Disc Golf Course

The 23rd Moraga Weekly Tournament (and last or 2007) was held as usual, usual, and we had another large turnout with 26 paying players (27 players overall) enjoying the cool fall evening. Rounds got started around 4:45 P.M. and was completed by 8:00 P.M.

Week 23 Results

It seemed that everyone brought their "A" games out for the final tounrey of 2007! Scott Riley shot the lowest round of the summer (a 9 down) 45!!! (net 47.95) to take home the last victory of the season, wow!  Pete D'Agostino had a very nice round of 52 (net 48.15) to finish runner-up and just squeak by Josh Yocum who despite a wonderful 4 down round of 50 (net 48.40) to finished 3rd.  Geo Ross had another strong 7 down round (net 49.48), but unortunately it was only good enough or 4th place and Brant "Get-er-done" Willis finished 5th with a 3 down (net 49.3). Awesome shooting everyone!!

This week's pay-out was $45.00 for 1st, $30.00 for 2nd, $16.00 for 3rd and $8.00 & $5.00 for 4th and 5th place.  Thanks to everyone for making our weekly such a fun event!

Week 21 Results

Kris O'Bryan shot a great round of one under 53 (net 48.12) - to win one of the closest tournaments of the year!  Jon Beernink had a very nice round of 50 (net 50.06) to finish runner-up and just squeak by Greywing "Sorry I'm late" Cooper who despite a wonderful 5 down round of 49 (net 50.08) to finished 3rd.  Mark Pelzner and Roger Gomez finished 4th and 5th - nice shooting everyone.

This week's pay-out was $45.00 for 1st, $30.00 for 2nd, $16.00 for 3rd and $8.00 & $5.00 for 4th and 5th place.  Thanks to everyone for making our weekly such a fun event!

Greg Randolph shot a great round of 51 (net 46.60) - and won by a large margin over second place Greywing "sorry I'm late" Cooper who also had a nice 4 down round (net 50.95). Scott Riley shot his usual stellar round of 49 to take 3rd place, followed by the Gregg "TD" LaComb and Roger Gomez - nice shooting everyone.

This week's pay-out was $46.00 for 1st, $31.00 for 2nd, $16.00 for 3rd and $9.00 & $6.00 for 4th and 5th place. Thanks to everyone for making our weekly such a fun event!

The 20th Moraga Weekly Tournament was held as usual, and we had another large turnout with 25 paying players enjoying the slightly faster pace of play on this warm summer evening. Rounds got started as usual around 5:15 P.M. and was completed by 8:30 P.M.

Week 20 Results

Joe Olson shot a great round of par (net 46.40) - which is one of the lowest net scores of the year! Mike "big guns" Castillo had a very nice round of 51 (net 49.40) to finish runner-up and beat out James Costa who despite a wonderful 4 down round of 50 (net 49.47) finished 3rd. Jonah Schmidt and Mark Pelzner finished 4th and 5th - nice shooting everyone.

This week's pay-out was $43.00 for 1st, $29.00 for 2nd, $15.00 for 3rd and $8.00 & $5.00 for 4th and 5th place. Thanks to everyone for making our weekly such a fun event!

Gulya Barclay shot a great round of 63 (net 48.47) - For her 2nd victory of the year! Scott Riley had a very nice round of 48 (net 50.56) to finish runner-up and beat out James Costa who had a nice 1 down round of 53 (net 51.80) and finished 3rd. Ron "the legend" Junker and Terry Nixon finished 4th and 5th - nice shooting everyone.
